A strengths-based approach doesn't put you in a box or tell you who you are. It identifies your natural patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving and asks a different question: what if you built from what's already working?
I discovered this work over a decade ago and it changed how I understood myself as a leader. Since then I've brought it to hundreds of people, CEOs, peer forums, senior leaders, early-career professionals. The shift is always the same: people stop apologising for how they're wired and start leading from it instead.
In my sessions, I use CliftonStrengths as the assessment and the shared language, giving everyone in the room a common framework to understand themselves and each other.
